If you need to track your heater’s maintenance, perform basic troubleshooting, or review your warranty information but don’t have your manual or warranty statement, you can find a copy here.

If you’re selecting parts to repair your furnace we invite you to contact our Parts Specialists at (509) 547-2323 if you are unsure which parts you require.  If you provide us with your furnace’s model number, serial number, and/or date of manufacture we will be happy to help you identify the right products for your particular machine.

Holiday Hours

In observance of the upcoming holidays, our warehouses and customer service hours will be reduced.  As a result, order processing and shipping may be delayed during this time.

CHRISTMAS HOURS: December 24th: Open 7:30a-12:00p.  December 25th & 26th: Closed.
NEW YEAR’S HOURS: December 31st: Open 7:30a-12:00p. January 1st: Closed.
